Private 1:1 Healing Sessions are personalized, intuitive, and guided by what you need in the moment.
These sessions are designed for individuals navigating grief, trauma, sudden loss, emotional overwhelm, or major life transitions — including those who simply need a safe place to breathe, release, and be understood.
What a Session May Include
Each 60-minute session unfolds naturally and may include one or more of the following:
- Compassionate, confidential conversation
- Grief counseling and emotional processing
- Time with Indigo or other animals on the farm
- Walking and talking in nature
- Grounding and nervous system regulation
- Energy healing and Reiki (in-person or distance)
- Quiet presence, reflection, or guided release
There is no expectation to “perform,” explain yourself perfectly, or arrive knowing what you need.
We meet you exactly where you are.
